It was my first time in Morocco, and I just loved every bit of it, from the friendly locals to the delicious cuisine (my favourite being the chicken tagine) to the beautifully tiled interior of basically every place we entered. We spent our first night at the charming Riad Palais Sebban, hidden in the Medina of Marrakech, before traversing the Sahara Desert where we found ourselves caught in the middle of a sandstorm, which was kind of really exciting. The cherry on top though, had to be waking up at 3am one morning, hoping on our camels and taking a leisurely ride up sand dunes, in time to watch the sun rise as it slowly peaked through the horizon. A beautiful moment I will forever have engraved in my mind. |

White on White

[Obey varsity jacket, Nasty Gal white top, Forever 21 white skinnies, Aldo black ankle boots, gifted black shoulder bag] |
The second day of the Lunar New Year brought beautiful weather and my family and I decided to lunch by the waterfront in Stanley, which is often where we like to spend family time on a clear blue sky kinda day. I tend to gravitate towards the whites when the sun is out....so without hesitation I grabbed the first white top in sight and my one and only white skinnies, and completed my outfit with a recently purchased Obey varsity jacket and black accessories to counteract the all-whiteness going on.
